Seller 2 Buyer was innovative in the concept of offering homeowners an alternative to paying a 6% real estate commission. Kristen began her real estate career in her early twenties and has almost 19 years experience. Licensed in 1993 with the Texas Real Estate Commission as a realtor, Kristen became a broker in 2001. The Houston Business Journal featured Kristen as one of the Top 25 Realtors in Houston based on number of homes sold. She chose to rename her company William Palmer Properties in 2004.
